My focus is on international cooking from the countries I visited. I love seafood, so I am going to be demonstrating a variety of seafood assortments, meats, vegetables, and desserts. Most of the ingredients I use will correlate with the current season. Fresh is always best and seasonal products bring out wonderful flavors in a dish. Cooking with Payshintz (patience). Payshintz is my name from one of the first popular reality TV show sensation. My passion for food started as a young child. My grandparents owned a restaurant in San Diego, CA for over 40 years. Every day, they would cook fresh and delicious food for me. I moved to Taiwan for college and that experience really opened my eyes to a whole different culture of food. I spent a big portion of my life living in Asia and traveling to places such as Europe, Mexico, and South America. Trying foods from all over the world made me appreciate the uniqueness of every country.
