The Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon is an iconic national event and a highlight on Singapore’s sporting calendar. Every first Sunday of December, tens of thousands of participants from all over the world and all walks of life run past some of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks and vibrant skylines such as Marina Bay Sands, Garden by the Bay and the Esplanade. Now in its 20th edition, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon continues to include, inspire and be celebrated by Singaporeans and participants from all over the world, attracting an average of 50,000 runners from over 127 countries annually, offering various run formats including the Half marathon, Ekiden, 10km, 5km and Kids Dash.
