The John Dank Show performs an infectious mix of island-reggae vibes with progressive rock flair; throw in a whole lot of charisma, energy, and a dash of good looks, and you’ve got the group from Guam who have opened for and played with 311, Pepper, Katchafire, Tribal Seeds, Ky-mani Marley, Maoli, and SOJA. TJDS has toured with Eric Rachmany of Grammy-nominated Rebelution, Tomorrow’s Bad Seeds, Pacific Dub, and Sensi Trails showcasing music from their Billboard Reggae Charts #11 and #4 iTunes Reggae charts debut album, The John Dank Show, their sophomore album Lights, and their 2019 release Identity.
Along with touring nationally, TJDS played a set at One Love Cali Reggae Festival, headlined Vibefest 2020, and played the inaugural Beyond the Reef Music Festival 2022, a festival which they founded and organized over the summer, which included perfomances from headliner Jason J., Passafire, Pacific Dub, and Mike Pinto.
