Von Eric was my radio name when I was a DJ for the pirate radio station 90.9 FM WROC in Davie, Florida... I had two shows, "THE PIT" (thrash/death/speed/crossover) and "THE PROG REPORT" (prog rock & metal)... We had a very broad reach that covered the Palm Beach / Broward / Dade tri-county area... We were permanently shut down in mid 1999... This channel originated as a space for what has survived of my video collection from either filming or trading over the years, plus a few extras (such as MMA, which I was a die hard fan of starting with UFC 1 until about 2009)... Content will be added as I further capture, edit and upconvert what I have that has survived moves (and changing climates) over the years... Newly shot stuff will also be added... In May of 2025 all episodes of the revival of "THE PIT" began to be hosted here... As an extension of my background, and as a music and film fan, I am now now creating fresh content including album rankings & album anniversaries... ENJOY!
