Dedicated to the rich traditions and boundless future of jazz, Decidedly Jazz Danceworks is one of the few professional dance companies with jazz music and dance as its raison d'être. Since its inception in 1984 the Calgary-based company has created more than 50new works, with at least one production each year performed to live music, and many of which have toured extensively throughout Canada and beyond.
