Ever since elementary school when my teacher motivated the class with a pizza party if we memorized the Gettysburg address, I knew at that moment I wanted to become an Actor. If I can remember word for word what Abraham Lincoln said in his speech, I thought memorizing a script couldn't be anymore difficult but as I grew up I began to realize that acting is so much more than just reading words off the paper; it was more about breathing LIFE into them! Figuring out how the character speaks, how they move in certain situations and why they react the way they do is what I had to learn/teach myself with every new production I participated in. That's when I fell in love with acting and the process behind it. I have a saying: “You’ll find yourself when you are not yourself”.
