Hi, I am an aerobic fitness instructor who specialises in Step and Dance Aerobic. I create my own choreographies and I design them using a whole range of movements and exercises that are beneficial for a healthy happy functional body. They target the core, legs, glutes, arms, back, abdominals and improve flexibility, balance and overall strength. Aerobic exercise is exercise that can be carried on continuously and is rhythmic in nature. During aerobic activities your breathing and heart rate will increase. Aerobic exercise can be performed at low intensity or high intensity.
