The Victoria Cool Aid Society began as a telephone hotline and youth hostel in 1968. Since then, it has grown to offer a full continuum of housing, health, and wellness services including emergency shelter, supportive housing, affordable housing, physical and mental health care, dental care, healthy meals, and other wellness supports for adults in the capital region.
