What do we want? We want Pakistan to progress. We work to catalyze participation of women & girls in Science, Tech, Engineering, & Math (STEM) within Pakistan, where the gender gap ranks 2nd last globally What is it that we do? * Provide software + soft skills training for capacity building & upskilling of Pakistani youth * Increase representation of women in engineering & showcase Pakistani role models * Provide career counseling * Determine and advocate for the essential needs of women in STEM in Pakistan * Feature resources pertinent to STEM to help women reach their goals * Engage alumni connections for smoother graduate-to-employer correspondence And Why is this important? Pakistani women are 50% population. Ideally, this should equate to an equal representation as the country’s engineers, designers, technologists, scientists & inventors. Unfortunately, women make up less than 10% of Pakistan’s STEM professionals. Its our mission to increase this %age in Pakistan & worldwide
