Welcome to Supergiant Films. Like the stars we're named after, we want to create layered films from massive ideas. As a film student, I continuously find myself creatively bogged down by pre-production packets, budgets, permits, and the mundane of the Hollywood format we're forced to conform to. But what if we strip that away and return to the imagination and on-the-spot creative enlightenment we had as children? Why fit the status quo? Why can't students make great films with friends on a skeleton budget? It's time to break down the barriers and go back to creative roots.
