I’m a retired soldier after 20 years and four deployments of uniformed service. 4 years instructing AROTC, and I currently work as a freelance training analyst. I’m also a bit of a “wannabe” social scientist (you’ll definitely hear that in these conversations), and I hold a graduate degree in Liberal Studies. I’m a father of two humans, the proud sidekick of Arya—my beautiful golden retriever and constant shadow—and the husband of the most awesome person I know. This isn’t self-help.
