Clemens Grassmann, born and raised in Berlin, Germany, is a musician, drummer, percussionist and composer who graduated from Berklee College of Music in Spring 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance. He started playing drums at the age of 10 and his desire and passion to intensify his musical studies led him to the receipt of a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, in Fall 2013. Furthermore, Clemens was accepted into the Berklee Global Jazz Institute, a 2-year performance undergraduate program under the musical direction of Danilo Perez. In March 2015, he received the Armand Zildjian Percussion Award at Berklee College of Music. Clemens as well went to study Cuban Percussion in Cuba and since then also doubles on congas, bongos and timbales and other percussion instruments. For more info please visit: www.clemensgrassmann.com
