Lance Mowdy is a singer/songwriter based in Temecula California. He spent most of his youth learning to play guitar and landed his first recording contract upon graduating from High School. His recordings included songs like "Hero," "Our Father," "He's there," and "Narrow Road," which earned him notoriety in Christian Music.
After a few years touring and taking some time off to raise his boys, Lance decided to return to the country roots. As a son of a cattle rancher and a member of the Chickasaw Nation in Ada, Oklahoma, his country roots ran deep. The Chickasaw Nation prides itself on its rich traditions and stories passed down from generation to generation.
His new album, "The Home Place," is a small chapter of his story and pays homage to those roots that have inspired him his whole life.
