A violinist from Thailand, Kasina was accepted to study violin at the Yehudi Menuhin School with Prof. Akiko Ono in 2018. Now she studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, with Prof. Dora Schwarzberg.
She has had masterclasses from renowned violinists including Koichiro Harada, Nam Yun Kim, Mayuko Kamio, Boris Belkin, Boris Brovtsyn, Barnabas Kelemen and Dimitry Sitkovetsky. She has also collaborated with renowned artists including Shlomo Mintz, Hagai Shaham and Charles Owen.
She won many top prizes from competitions including The 14th Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition, Tunbridge Wells International Music Competition, Osaka International Music Competition and The Final Beethoven Music Competition which granted her an opportunity to play a concert at the Beethovenfest 2018 in Bonn, Germany. She also has participated in prestigious competitions including Carl Flesch Competition in Mosonmagyarovar, Hungary and Viotti Competition in Vercelli, Italy.
