Norbert Koenner is a trumpet player, composer and producer from Mettmann, a town near Duesseldorf in Germany. Since his youth he is addicted to electronic beats which are rhythmic as well as presenting open and atmospheric soundscapes. He likes to improvise to organic house tracks. In March 2024 he collaborated with well known producer Sound Quelle. They released the track "Kislorod", published by organic house music label 'Melody Of the Soul'. Norberts new own single release 2024, "Into Deep Blue" kicks in with deep-house-like chill beats, accompanied by lucent synthesizer sounds and atmospheric rooms. The "Extended Version" integrates shimmering sound of the trumpet which takes "Into Dark Blue" to a next level. Melodic, beat driven, between melancholic and hopeful, dark and light, his first own album Trip Heat from 2022 breaks with genres and integrates minimal, electronic, jazz and ambient into an intense sound experience of its own.
