Hiya! I’m Wilamena Dyer and I am a 19 year old musician (percussionist and cellist) and advocate who is trying to navigate ticcing through life as someone with Tourette’s Syndrome! Alongside my blog, www.tictastic.com this channel is to raise awareness, educate, advocate, debunk stereotypes and to help anyone else out there who also has Tourettes. This channel shows a few insights into my story, my daily life and little tips on how to cope along the way. A lot of my channel also shows a little archive into my advocacy work over the years like media pieces or videos I have made as part of this advocacy. Like I said, another massive part of my life is that I am also a musician and currently studying percussion at the Royal College of Music in London.
