During season 2, it would be a series of conversations that revolves around jobs for a fresh graduate in the domain of data science and big data. It would explore the evolution of technology, the future of it, diverse teams, personal journeys of leaders, and what it takes to be in their team i.e. recruitment, and some aspects of it. During season 1, it was a series of conversations with existing students of M.Sc. Digital Engineering, Data and Knowledge Engineering at the Otto-von-Guericke Universität, Magdeburg. The discussions were focused on student jobs, what the guests' role was, how they got the job, differences in work culture, how important German language skills are to get a job, and one other aspect of their life.
