“Odessa Classics” festival – the main Ukrainian platform for classical music. Odessa was host of its 7 editions of „Odessa Classics“ music festival every June from 2015 to 2021. After huge successes of the previous years „Odessa Classics” is established as a top level European Festival with world stars such as Daniel Hope, Eugeny Kissin, Pinchas Zukerman, Joshua Bell, Maxim Vengerov, Misha Maisky, Matthias Goerne, Zakhar Bron, Michael Guttman,, Zurich-, Berlin- and Brussels- Chamber Orchestras and many others. But war changed everything and from 2022 festival was impossible to held in Ukraine. “Odessa Classics’ managed to find new home in Europe – with concerts in Switzerland, Estonia , Greece, Germany , Poland and Lithuania . Alexey Botvinov, the founder and president of „Odessa Classics“ is the internationally renowned pianist who achieved special fame for his interpretation of Bach‘s “Goldberg-Variations” and as an expert performer of Rachmaninoff’s music.
