Emory Carroll is a funk and jazz drummer based in New England. He has been drumming for his entire life, although he has only been playing the drum set for four years. Emory founded and plays drums in the modern jazz group Business Goose, and he also enjoys writing and mixing music. Some of Emory's biggest inspirations are: Nate Smith, ZackGrooves & Everything Yes, Elvin Jones, Larnell Lewis, Max Roach, Jacob Collier, Scary Pockets, Snarky Puppy, Vulfpeck, the Fearless Flyers, Cory Wong, John Coltrane, and Lawrence.
