Nicholson was born on May 24th,1993 in Washington D.C. until the age of 7, after-which he moved to Danville, VA and currently resides in the city. Growing up L.P. always had an interest in entertainment, but it wasn’t until his pre teen years that he discovered he had true musical talent. L.P. started writing music at the tender age of 11 and at the age of 12, he preformed at a local talent show. It was there that he realized he wanted to pursue a professional career. In 2011, he opened up for Plies at the D.A.R. Constitution Hall In Washington D.C. In 2014, 'L.P.' Opened for Jarren Benton Of Funk Volume In Richmond VA on the "My Grandmas Basement" Tour. By 2015, L.P made 2 mixed tapes, was signed to PBMusic records and has since released his first E.P., "City Of Churches" on Tidal and ITunes.
