If you have:
- left an audition in tears
- struggle with memorizing lines
- screamed at the lack of income you received as a theatre artist
- been hospitalized for pushing yourself too hard
I been there.
Who am I?
A teaching artist (with over decade of experience)
An live performer (I started as a professional clown at the age of four)
A proud Shakespearean actor (Richard III, Lysander, Posthumous, and more)
Hilberry Repertory Theatre, Michigan Shakespeare Festival
A writer on the craft of acting (Medium, Blog, The Verb Gym)
My name is Edmund Alyn Jones, and despite my hardest efforts I have not been able to quit acting.
After two major hospitalizations, and countless failures in between, I want to share what I've learned with the next generation of performers.
My promise is to cut through the fluff, and get you working on the things that matter most.
I don't want to die hoarding the hard fought knowledge I've learned as a dedicated student of the craft of acting.
