The Wasteland Zombies are from Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Formed in 1992 the band was together until Summer 1994. In that time The Wasteland Zombies won the local Battle of the Bands/. They went on to record 1 album, 'The Town Fair'. The band played throughout Atlantic Canada & was scouted by EMI records while playing in Saint John, NB. The band also showcased at the National College Radio Conference held at the University of New Brunswick before breaking up in the Summer of '94.
In 2013, Vocalist Chris Waddell came home to Fredericton after living in Vancouver British Columbia for nearly two decades. The Wasteland Zombies reunited for several shows & decided to continue on, writing new material and playing over 15+ show since 2014. The band today consists of original and founding members, Drummer - Glen Brown and Vocalist - Chris Waddell & is rounded out by newcomers Bassist - Jake Taylor & Guitarist - Jamie Norrad -Logo by Scholl Defining Image -Other art by M.Fields
