The Natural Fudge Cafe was originally a health food cafe launched in the 1970's by John Roberts and Brenda Roberts.
Always encouraging talent of all sorts, the Fudge dabbled in Poetry, Comedy, Improve and a wide array of Musical acts.
In the 1980's it was a premiere, cutting edge Rock and Roll outlet that was sought after- given the fact that it was all ages.
Many artists got their start here at the Natural Fudge Cafe. Not to mention John Roberts who launched his own T.V. Talk Show in the early 1990's "the Johnny Roberts T.V. Talk Show" in which he interviewed someone different every week.
Brenda Roberts managed the Natural Fudge as well as emceed music and comedy nights.
Todd the BubbleMan was always there to assist John as well as dish out a hilarious stand up routine any chance he got- based on bubbles!
In the 1990's the Punk and Heavy Rock scene took Underground Los Angeles by storm and once again, the Natural Fudge was there to encourage and support up and coming artists.
