Camino 84 plays sensitive, and sometimes, smartass sophisticated indie pop — like a Steely Dan for millennials. “Maybe if Steely Dan were worse,” the producer/songwriter born Ryan Lucht counters. Like the Dan, Camino 84 (the band) circle pop and rock from decidedly un rock and pop sources, such as jazz fusion and nu disco.
