VIBRAPHONIST ♕ COMPOSER Cole Hazlitt is a drummer, vibraphonist, and percussionist. He has played in a variety of musical situations as both a sideman and a leader, in many music ensembles ranging from Brazilian to Electronic music. Cole was the drummer/vibraphonist for the multi-Grammy nominated Manhattan School of Music Afro-Cuban Jazz Orchestra directed by Bobby Sanabria. Cole has had the opportunity to play at many New York City jazz venues, such as the acclaimed Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola with several groups. As well as being a performer, Cole has written several different pieces in many different styles for a wide range of ensembles, writing big band compositions for several ensembles.
