Life of Agony is a hard rock/metal band from Brooklyn, NY, formed in 1989 by singer Mina Caputo (then known as Keith Caputo), bassist Alan Robert, and guitarist Joey Zampella. Drummer Veronica Bellino joined the group in 2018. The band has released six studio albums to date, most notably their 1993 debut River Runs Red, named by Rolling Stone as one of the Greatest Metal Albums of All Time. A documentary titled The Sound of Scars is streaming worldwide.
