From the mountains of Colorado comes Mr. Dylan Holcomb! Dylan started his musical journey when he was just 11 years old as a singer covering AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck” for his middle school talent show. Realizing his attraction for the guitar and unhappy with his singing voice, Dylan quickly switched his passion to guitar and it seemed his fate was sealed. Dylan and the guitar quickly became the best of friends and there started his career. Over the years he was in countless metal bands ranging from Death Metal to Core to Prog to Black Metal to his newest bands “The Celluloid Contraption,” “Bleeding Death 3000,” and after years in the making; his solo project. Being a mega fan of Steve Vai and prog and a lot of the big shredder names, naturally Dylan would want to make instrumental records of his own. His latest release is “The Alchemist.” A wickedly fun and entertaining instrumental guitar record and keeps your ears glued to the speakers from beginning to end.
