Born Mwesigwa Cohen Jaycee, also known by his stage name Kohen Jaycee is a Ugandan RnB Artist, Singer/Vocalist, and Live Performer. Driven by his love for the craft, Kohen started pursuing his dream really young, doing poetry and acoustic music shows in school and during school breaks under the mentorship of Kagayi Peter, a poet and writer from Uganda. Performing covers of popular songs and sharing them on his Facebook and other social media platforms is how he was able to capture the first few fans. Kohen has since been writing and releasing his own Music with Two Number 1 Projects. 
 His Debut EP titled Wena was released under his independent Label NINYOWE MUSIC AFRICA/KHN MUSIC on NOVEMBER 15TH 2019. 
 WENA CHAPTER 2, a follow up to the emotional roller coaster was released on #WenaDay, November 15 2021, under NINYOWE MUSIC AFRICA. 
 Kohen blends Contemporary and Urban RnB with the native influences of Africa to create the Afro-Urban Sounds we hear in his Music.
