CentraState Healthcare System is a private, not-for-profit health organization dedicated to excellence, offering the full circle of health and wellness for our community. Mission To enhance the health and well being of our communities through the compassionate delivery of quality healthcare. Description CentraState Heatlhcare System is comprised of an acute-care medical center licensed for 284 beds; three senior living facilities, Applewood Estates, Monmouth Crossing and The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center; the Family Medicine Center, and CentraState Healthcare Foundation. CentraState Medical Center became a teaching hospital in 2005 with the launch of its Family Medicine Residency Program in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
