You could say veteran illustrator and Graphic Design, ELI, has been working within the industry since childhood. Always preferring illustrations over writing essays at school, his first book won recognition by a local design publication program when he was selected to present his story to classmates at his local elementary school library, Eugene Fields, in St. Joseph, Missouri, U.S.A.
Elijah is currently a Graphic Arts Instructor at Graceland University, a liberal arts university in Lamoni, Iowa, U.S.A. The wide landscapes and big sky country of the Midwest lend themselves well to his imagination and tales of adventure waiting to be captured in his graphic designs and illustrations. He lives there with his family who also challenge the boundaries of his imagination.
