#CPRsavesVR is a learning experience designed to educate citizens to perform chest-compression-only CPR correctly and without hesitation during the event of a witnessed cardiac arrest. Nearly 80% of cardiac arrests happen in the home, which means the very first person to help during a cardiac arrest emergency will be a citizen. #CPRsavesVR addresses a particular problem that frequently occurs during an emergency. Bystanders typically hesitate to act for a variety of reasons. #CPRsavesVR gives people exposure to a crisis and dismantles the steps to respond accordingly in an attempt to reduce hesitation factors. Seconds count and a victim’s life depends on those critical moments a bystander has to act.
