Operating a cafe, The Cottage Coffee House in Westport is awesome during the peak-seasons but it can be dreary in the winter. After the cottagers & trippy transients have packed up and headed home to their routines, we're still here. Rather than staring out the window, into the dark winter abyss, I decided to do something; create my own winter routine. One of the most common questions that I get asked is. What is it like living in Westport during the winter? On a cold winter day, January 2018, I decided to show everyone by creating daily episodes. The premise was, drink a shot of espresso, chat about what was going on in our village of Westport.
