Conjuring a sweet and luscious sound that merges the tunefulness of vintage pop, the delicate touch of folk and a dash of Soul, Hadleigh Ford is a singer songwriter that has gone through more than his fair share of changes since starting music. The son of Jazz vocalist Eileen Ford, Hadleigh was lead singer of the band Oedipus which was the home to some of his earliest attempts at songwriting. As a band of friends Oedipus toured extensively honing their craft and eventually playing their most prestigious gig at the original Concorde in Brighton. After Oedipus split he fronted an eponymous trio and released the ep 'All Pieces Together' before finally deciding that working solo best suited his songwriting style. He successfully released his debut album 'Solow' in 2013 through Pledgemusic.
