Clarence Butternut is a fictional musician created by the fusion of vintage blues, swamp blues, blues rock and its derivatives with a homegrown butternut squash. Alongside Maggie "Moonshine" Holler and friends, their music often provides a snapshot of an event, or theme that has particular relevance to the Mississippi Delta, the lyrics of the tracks are written by a real life human and all musical arrangements are painstakingly laid out before the AI engine even gets a look.
