Hi, My name is Lynn and I welcome you to my garden! I have gardened for 20+ years in different parts of the country, and this is the fourth garden started from scratch. My Zone 8 garden is filled with a mix of beautiful Texas native plants, and many others that attract pollinators and birds, while thriving in this challenging climate. Plants must be able to withstand Summer drought, humidity, clay soil, munching deer, rabbits, and the neurotic weather we frequently experience here in the Central Texas Hill Country. We will feature Garden Tours, discuss plant maintenance/care, and share results from plant trials at my semi-rural property. Follow me on this journey as we transform a blank slate property, to hopefully what I am envisioning.
