I'm Sophie Charlotte and I'm from the UK. I have bipolar disorder and I plan to make this an advocacy channel for all things mental health. I've struggled with my mental health since I was 14 and want to both share my story, whilst also covering important mental health topics. This will be mostly bipolar-focused, but I may branch out into other aspects of mental illness. This channel was formally one of cruelty-free beauty, veganism and environmentalism - now I'm finally ready to share what means (and has affected me) the most.
