oPEN Lab is part of the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme in support of the European Union’s Green Deal.
oPEN Lab is coordinated by VITO and builds on the expertise of 33 partners, leveraging a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to revitalise urban areas across Europe and to lead to the transition of positive energy neighbourhoods. Activities will take place in the three open innovation living labs in the cities of Genk (Belgium), Pamplona (Spain) and Tartu (Estonia).
