#shorts 20 year senior developer. I learned to code to build avatar chats in pure JS after I couldn’t afford my favourite worlds like Habbo Hotel and Coke Music as a 12 year old.
Former Trek Senior Engineer building native iOS apps in Swift & Objective-C to stream real-time sensor data. I pushed WebRTC hard: demoing groups of cyclists sharing live camera feeds. As Solutions Architect at OrangeTheory Fitness, I designed the AWS ingestion platform for hundreds of thousands of heartrate monitors.
All the while I built Kynto. Starting as a browser only socket avatar chat (when others relied on Flash, Shockwave, or Java). Today it’s evolved into an event bus architecture unifying live stream chats into one dev world.
We stream cams, mics, screens, and host guests via WebRTC. Fully interactive.
If this excites you, come test it with me.
Rest in peace Morag.
