He is currently considered one of the booming upcoming artists and the most hard-working, as well as the greatest “Hook slayer” in the Cape Town hip-hop scene. Kae Wax RSA was born in King Williams Town, Eastern Cape province, South Africa. Throughout his music career, Kae Wax has collaborated with many other creative artists, including the likes of Flash Ikumkani (former Emtee Records signee), Bravo Le Roux, Driemanskap, etc. Kae Wax teamed up with Bravo Le Roux on a birthday heat single titled “Imin’emnandi kuwe” in 2020. The song was on high rotation on big radio shows, and its music video was featured on prominent TV shows/platforms such as MTV Base, Trace, Channel O, etc. He received huge recognition when he released his heat single “Way Up” with Flash Ikumkani in 2021.
