Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation (PATF) is a non-profit organization that makes it easier for people with disabilities, including veterans, and older Pennsylvanians to finance the assistive technology (AT) devices and services they want. The Foundation offers consumers low-interest loans for AT. The process is quick and respects the consumers’ right to choose what they feel works best for them.
