Deep Focus is Rian Cobb and Charlie Codsi, two mates who played together in various bands and eventually decided to strip it back to a duo. Hailing from Sydney suburbia, Deep Focus draws influence from a mix of Australian artists like DMA’S and Lime Cordiale as well as international greats like The Beatles and Sam Fender. Deep Focus blend classic Aussie indie-rock with lyrics about teenage life, relationships, mental health and everything in between. With a sound much more mature than the boys themselves, Deep Focus is sure to grab your attention. Only time will tell what is next for Deep Focus, but the current plans are to record more music and tour with some of their mates. Since the beginning, Deep Focus has been about the music, and the boys plan to keep it that way.​
