Acoustic Bliss is an open mic welcoming players of all ages, abilities and genres.It was LIVE in Ayrshire from 2005, but streamed weekly from THE TWA DUGS pub in Ayr from 2014 until the pandemic. OVER 900 different acts have shared their music with local audiences, & then a global one via the internet. Each week we tried to feature an original act, & a space for everyone who turned up to play... no plans, rehearsals soundchecks or running order.. in the true spirit of live music, each night is unique... a bit of mayhem but a lot of heart and soul, everynight different thanks to the AWESOME performers of the Ayrshire creative community on the West Coast of Scotland...and beyond... Bliss was set up and hosted by Carol & Mark (GuitarMaking.co.uk&Bailey Guitars) but created by EVERYONE who played, watched and listened.
