Jump Back Jake is a Memphis based rock and roll band led by Jake Rabinbach, who formed the band in 2006 after moving from Brooklyn to Memphis. Their debut record, Brooklyn Hustle / Memphis Muscle, produced by Pete Matthews at the legendary Ardent Studios, is the first release from the studios recently launched mainstream label, Ardent Music. Jump Back Jake will be appearing in the upcoming Kentucker Audley independent film Open Five, which was written by Rabinbach and Audley and is slated for release this summer. Rabinbach also plays lead guitar for the NYC based band, Francis and the Lights.
