The M1 Community is the biggest of all the Communities located on the Montecid Residential Urbanisation, near Monforte Del Cid, Alicante, Spain.
Built by MASA. (That says it all). As yet the Urbanisation is unfinished. It is highly unlikely that it will ever be fully finished because the 'recession' has bitten deep and it is highly unlikely MASA will ever have the money to finish what was going to be a very big and impressive residential development..... Time will tell....
