Australia’s premiere female Turntablist, DJ D has been dubbed the first lady in a number of arenas, and in 2023 was awarded best 45s DJ in Australia/Oceana in the 45 Day awards. DJ D is also known for her achievements in the DMC World DJ Championships - 5th all vinyl world finals 2022 (all 45s set) - 4th in Australian national finals 2021 (talkbox turntable) - 8th in Australian national finals 2020 (hydraulic turntable) - 3rd in the NSW heats in 2015 (only female competitor) - 8th in Australian national finals 2005 (only female competitor) DJ D produces 2 of the nation’s first nonstop DJ mixed radio shows on CRN weekly. Her experience on air, on tour and in her 1964 Chevrolet Impala has seen her host to a number of artists including Xzibit, Naughty By Nature, Montell Jordan, Blackstreet, Ryan Leslie, Jon B, Horace Brown, Tank, Jodeci, B.B.D, 112, Redman, D.O.C., Spice 1, Tha Alkaholiks, Masta Ace, DJ Yella, Green Lantern, DJ Jam & DJ Maseo + more.
