Breast Cancer Trials is a group of world-leading breast cancer researchers who conduct clinical trials research for the treatment, prevention and cure of breast cancer. Formerly known as the Australia and New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group and the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia, we are the largest independent, oncology clinical trials research group in Australia and New Zealand. For over 45 years, our research program has explored and tested new and better ways of treating and preventing breast cancer. Our work has improved the treatment of breast cancer, led to changes in the way breast cancer is managed and has saved millions of lives. We are grounded and defined by one simple belief: We can and we will find new and better treatments and prevention strategies for every person affected by breast cancer, and we do the research so that no more lives are cut short from this disease.
