Music has been an integral part of my life since I was a child; self-teaching any instrument I could get hold of. As my tastes progressed, so did the way I created music. Whilst live performances use a loop pedal to take solo performances to another level, in the studio I can lose myself for days exploring the interaction of sound not only with itself but with the mind and body. I'm also a naturalist and conservationist. A musical turning point was during a 6 month internship in the wettest, wildest forest on earth - the Amazon. During my time aiding a team of conservationists surveying and documenting jungle wildlife I picked up a decaying guitar with 5 strings and a hole in the side of it. Rapidly my free time became consumed by providing live music to my friends and colleagues, surrounded by lush trees, an exotic menagerie and an abundance of love and life. Since returning to the UK I've been pushing my own limits and boundaries to share the joy it brings me with all others.
