Antonio Thuku famously known as Tatinomi is a Kenyan hip-hop artist who grew up both in Webuye and Kisumu then later on moved to Nairobi to pursue his studies. Tatinomi got his musical inspiration from his mother and grandmother who were both members of church choir, they took him with them to church thus he automatically fit in the choir too. Tatinomi was also a member of the school choir, he took part in the dream come true (DCT) and specialized in music. “2015” started his music career. “2016” his first album, “watch this space” which had 11 tracks. These tracks revolved around his life story. This tracks like, “one and only” spoke lengths about his love life, he tried to express how he feels for a certain girl through his lyrics. “no wind up, no wrap up” this track was basically on him not giving up or stopping at anything just yet. G Love also had a hand in this track. His first video “ascending” the lyrics were inspired by someone hating on his music.
