In the Spring of 2022, we bought a 62 acre island on a lake in the wilderness of Canada and we're building our own homestead! Follow every step of our build as we turn our wilderness island into the off grid property of our dreams! Things have definitely changed over the past couple of years. It's made us realize that life can 'take a turn' pretty quickly. It also made us want to build our own off grid self-sustainable life in the beautiful Canadian wilderness.
