I understand that a piece of music that sounds beautiful may not always be easy to dance to. Not all nice music is danceable, which is why I make sure to only play music that I have personally danced to multiple times. I strive to create a creative and dynamic mix of orchestras from the mid-1930s to mid-1940s, supplementing with pieces created before and after this golden period. The golden age presents me with ample opportunities to curate DJ sets. My choice of music is not only influenced by the sense of the dance floor, but also by the physical surroundings, culture, people, and atmosphere
